Quality Inn Trinidad

Rooms were smaller than other locations. Bed, sheets, pulled were all comfortable. 2 need side tables had lights, plugs and USB ports. Bathroom had recently been renovated... it was very nice, but the shower curtain had lots of tears. Towels were absorbs. Fridge was cold. AC/ Heater was quiet. Breakfast was average. Nice indoor pool area. View of the mountains was spectacular.

Great place to stay, right off the highway, quiet and comfortable, especially for the price! Earlier this week I arrived late after a very long haul from Phoenix, the desk agent was very pleasant and quick to attend to my check-in. The whole hotel was very clean and my room was no exception. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was better than expected. BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING! In a rush to leave and get to my end destination, I (foolishly) left roughly 15k worth of my most prized jewelry tucked under the TV in a little cubby in the room. Before I could even leave the parking lot, the house keeping team had located my property and immediately called me to notify me of my grave mistake. WOW! The sheer integrity of the staff here is mind-blowing. I feel like any where else my stuff would have been pocketed and In a pawn shop before I would have realized what had happened. They even had it neatly wrapped in a soft cloth to help protect my items at the front desk awaiting my return. Now that's customer service at it's finest! Not only have these folks earned by business. They have also earned my respect. I cannot thank this hotels team enough. May many blessings come their way. My only con for this place would be that the many outside access points on the ground floor made the lobby and hallways quite chilly, especially on a cold winters night, but I digress. The rooms HVAC system had me comfortable in no time! Thank you Quality Inn Trinidad, you will definitely see me again some day!

My experience was great! Cheapest price in town, very clean, comfy beds, very nice breakfast for free, indoor pool and Jacuzzi that I never used. Very nice place. Will come again if I come through here. Next time I’ll bring my swimsuit.

I stay here every year and prices are good thur choice. I just wish the pool was heated and this trip the hot tub sucked, not hot and that's not good. The pool tables is a good idea but wish they had a arcade for the kids, you can tell this used to be a jumping place and seeing it is . I'll probably never change unless they drop standards.

Very impressed, especially for the price! Owners/front desk were friendly and accommodating. Very clean, smooth sheets, And good pillows. Many outlets to plug in electronics. The pool was clean & is large enough for swimming laps and warm enough to get in easily, plus a hot tub. (Very clean, but also heavily chlorinated, in case you’re like my friend that does not tolerate chlorine.) We were able to park our truck right outside our window, which husband appreciates to keep an eye on it. Standard hotel full breakfast options. Would definitely stay again.

What I call a decent construction workers hotel. Pet friendly, with a fee of course. Room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom had been updated, shower good with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was so-so. Hotel needs some maintenance, but still decent. Has an indoor pool. Parking lot lighting was decent for security purposes. Check-in and checking out was good, pleasant and quick. Good views of the mountains!!

Absolutely loved this hotel. They let us bring our dog I. With no issues. The lady at the front desk was actually the daughter of the owner and was so nice and accommodating. The hotel room was big and beds were comfy. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel and the staff.

Staff was great, pool n hot tub were wonderful. Room was clean, bed comfortable and cost wasn't bad. My first room could use some spackle n paint and furnishings were well used. My room on my return was much better with a new tub and shower area. I was pleased with my stay.
